My partners and I bought into a hotel business with little knowledge on running this type of company. We were struggling with management and profitability, and had just let go our fourth General Manager in a few years. The three previous General Managers were caught stealing substantial amounts of money. We were miserable, and had taken a lot of time and funds away from our other successful businesses in keeping the hotel afloat.
