Brenda Kuhn

Brenda has been with ROI Hospitality since November, 2014, and has over 15 years of Accounting/Material Control experience. Prior to working in the hospital industry, Brenda has had experience in multiple capacities which helps her with all of the roles she plays on our team. As Controller, Brenda is responsible for monthly financials, sales/use/hotel tax filings, sales tax audits, workers’ compensation audits, year-end reporting such as 1099’s and W-2’s, as well as working with our third party payroll partner and  outside CPA firms to compile and file yearly tax returns for each property.

Brenda graduated from Northern State University in Aberdeen in 1986 with Bachelor of Science degrees in Accounting and Recreation. In 2012 she also obtained an Associate’s degree from Southeastern Technical Institute in Financial Services.
