Pre-Opening Services


The ROI Team provides the following Pre-Opening hotel services:

  • Prior to opening, we will develop and maintain:

    • Staffing plan

    • Scheduling

    • Budget

    • Sales and marketing services

    • Activities established in the franchise agreement

  • We will oversee and implement:

    • A policies and procedures manual that complies with franchise standards

    • A 5 year performance operations business plan and budget—including advertising/promotion costs

    • The interviewing and hiring process, of key management prior to opening.

  • We will also:

    • Provide FF&E and OS&E procurement services

    • Establish accounting procedures, books, and records

    • Solicit bids for service contracts

    • Give direction and feedback on hotel, restaurant, lounge, and conference space design and layout
